How Controlling Alcohol Feels

Like Flicking An "Off-Switch" In

Your Brain all to Action Headline

So, here's the thing, if you're able to reframe the way you view alcohol, to see it for what it is, to see it as poison, as something that provides zero benefit to you, you can take back control. You end up looking at that alcoholic drink in a completely different state of mind.

That means that you can socialize, go to events, go to barbecues, weddings, hang out with friends, you can be around other people that drink, but you can simply take it or leave it. The way that you can achieve this is through using first principles thinking.

First principle thinking is breaking something down into its most basic and fundamental parts. It’s about understanding the most core principles or rules that everything else is built upon. It’s like figuring out the essential ingredients of a recipe before you start cooking.
